| All prices quoted are in pounds sterling TERMS: Rates include electricity. Bed linen can be supplied for an extra £20 per Cottage. Travel cots, high chairs and baby sitting available on request. We do not provide hand and bath towels. Dogs are welcome, but please advise us at the time of booking, there is an extra charge of £12 per dog. Any damage caused by pets or their owners will be charged for and paid, before departure from the property. Your cooperation on this point would be appreciated. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking and the balance must be paid one month before the start of your holiday. CLEANING: We request that holiday makers leave the property clean and tidy on changeover days, as there is insufficient time to provide more than a superficial check and a limited amount of cleaning. We rely largely on your goodwill and your cooperation is greatly appreciated. WINTER BREAKS ARE AVAILABLE FROM £30 PER NIGHT |
