All prices quoted are in pounds sterling

TERMS: Rates include electricity. Bed linen can be supplied for an extra £22 per Cottage. Travel cots and high chairs can be supplied on request. We do not provide hand and bath towels.

Dogs are welcome, but please advise us at the time of booking, there is an extra charge of £16 per dog. Any damage caused by pets or their owners will be charged for and paid, before departure from the property. Your cooperation on this point would be appreciated.

A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking and the balance must be paid one month before the start of your holiday.

The cottage must be left clean and tidy the way you found it, otherwise a charge will be made.
